I strive to provide clients a safe space to explore, share, and better understand themselves, others, and the world.  Are you ready to make changes in your life? Interested in understanding your own perspective and open to hearing others? I’m here to help through a use of eclectic therapy approaches and a mutual understanding that we are doing this work together.

My techniques are most effective when working with clients who are looking to make internal and/or external changes to move towards a state of mental wellness. I call upon a variety of therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, mindfulness/meditation, CBT, DBT, solution-focused and client-centered techniques and years of experience working in mental health to help clients make changes and reach their goals.

My areas of interest include ADHD, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, identity exploration, personality disorders, challenging social norms, the impacts of psychedelics on mental health and research supporting holistic medicine/approaches as a means of improving mental health.

My professional experience with mental health started in 2015 and I have a background working with a variety of ages, disorders/diagnoses, and treatment settings. I completed training in EMDR in 2024, obtained my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Northern Colorado in 2023, and earned my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from North Dakota State University in 2016 before moving to Colorado.
