Michelle Lefco-Rockey,
LCSW, CYT
I am the co-founder and proud owner of Creekside Collaborative Therapy, established in 2013. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I have a passion for working alongside individuals to achieve their desired goals. In addition to my private practice experience, my background also includes working in inpatient, day treatment, and home-based settings for children and adolescents.
While I have worked with clients of all ages to address a broad range of mental health concerns, my focus has increasingly been on providing trauma-informed care over the past decade. I have received specialized training in EMDR, DBT, Brainspotting, and Trauma-Focused CBT, and incorporate creative, right-brained modalities such as art, music, and guided imagery into my therapeutic approach. Additionally, I integrate somatic interventions to address trauma and became a Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Restorative Yoga in 2018. I am also trained in the Safe & Sound Protocol.
Currently, my primary role involves providing clinical supervision and managing the daily operations of our mental health team, which consists of over 25 clinicians and support staff. I take great pride in our team’s exceptional service and the positive impact we make in our community.
